Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline Stance Bros Detailing’s policies for its customers. By using the services of Stance Bros Detailing, all customers agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Our Commitment to You
We strive to provide a stress-free detailing experience for our customers. Our top priority is taking care of your vehicle using proper detailing techniques. We will not perform any services that could potentially harm or damage your vehicle. Before we begin any services, please inform us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that may hinder the detailing process, such as a low battery, a permanently shut trunk, or non-functional windows.
Ensuring Safety and Health
If your vehicle poses any potential threats to our health or safety, please notify us. In case of harmful substances (e.g., needles, drugs, gasoline) in the vehicle, inform your detail technician beforehand. You will be held responsible for any health or safety issues arising from your vehicle.
Appointment Guidelines
We kindly request that customers arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Timeliness is crucial to ensure the smooth execution of our services. Please be advised that if you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee the completion of the service within the allocated time frame. In such cases, alternative arrangements may need to be made, and additional charges could apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the scheduled appointment time.
Pricing and Additional Charges
Pricing varies based on the size, package, and condition of each vehicle. Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, debris removal, personal item removal, and steam cleaning if required.
Property Damage
Customers agree to indemnify Stance Bros Detailing from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim, and liability arising out of the services, including accidental property damage unrelated to the performed services.
We will neither install nor remove car seats or custom equipment unless absolutely necessary and with your approval.
Appointment Modifications and Cancellations
To modify or cancel an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellation fees might be applicable, and you have several options, including rescheduling, canceling with a charge, or converting the appointment to a gift card. We appreciate your understanding and timely communication.
No Guarantees of Specific Condition
We do not guarantee restoring your vehicle to a specific condition, such as “Show Room New”.
Payment
We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the detail. If payment was made online, your card will be charged after completion, unless a deposit is required.
Photographs and Video
We may take pictures or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes with your permission. These will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Pets
We will do our very best to remove all pet hair and pet smells. However we can not guarantee 100% removal of all pet hair or pet smells.
Damage/Accidents
Reimbursement will not be paid for minor cosmetic damage. Major damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct will be reimbursed, subject to our approval of the body shop and/or vendors.
If an issue arises after the detail, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
Customers agree to indemnify Stance Bros Detailing from any liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs resulting from services provided or injuries after completion of our services.
